This machine is an independently developed and manufactured product by our company, specifically designed for remote areas where sharpening conditions are inconvenient, sch as independent rotary cutting factories, sheet metal factories, and small-scale printing and paper-cutting factories. It is a cost-effective and practical machine of high quality.

This machine has been upgraded from a standard machine by adding an automatic feed device and an electromagnetic chuck. The blade is placed on the worktable, and when the chuck switch is turned on, the blade is securely held in place by the magnet. This eliminates the need for using bolts to clamp the blade, saving time and ensuring a more even and sharper cutting edge. During grinding, manual operation is unnecessary; the machine can automatically perform grinding and wheel compensation, significantly reducing manual labor by approximately 40 minutes.
