Product Description

Wood log debarker is a kind of plywood machine,which is specially used to find the circle of irregular shaped logs.It adjusts the log to a standard cylindrical shape through the positioning and cutting of the roller,which is convenient for subsequent processing, to make various knids of plywood.

The wood surface fiber organization and wood chips are peeled off, the wood is processed into cylinder by rotating rollers and uneven rollers.

During the processing, a lot of wood chips and dust will be generated.

Machine Structure:

The wood log debarker consists of peeling structure, rounding structure,saw blade structure, and clamping structure, among others.

1. Fix the wood on the worktable of the wood log debarker.

2. Adjust the position and angle of the saw blade.

1. Good rigidity and stability of the whole machine;

2. Large diameter of single and double rollers, using dual row cylindrical roller bearings and specific tooth shape;

3. Traditional two slide rail axes are improved to three, making the movement of the saw carriage along the three slide rail axes smooth;

4. Manual directional valve is used, making the electrical control simple and operation convenient.

5.The machine frame is welded by I-beam, channel steel, and iron plate, with steel plate thickness, welding technology, and heat treatment taken into account to ensure that it does not deform under the force of the cylinder and the impact of irregular logs.
