Hot Press Platen type Veneer Dryer is the main equipment for plywood production, it's mainly used to dry core veneers.

The freshly peeled core veneer moisture is too high to be used directly for plywood production.

This press dryer structure is similar to plywood hot press machine. It can dry and flat the veneers in the meantime. The dried veneer exhibits excellent flatness and thorough shrinkage. The hot press is symmetrically equipped with a lever-spring synchronous closing mechanism, enabling simultaneous contact or disengagement of the press plates and core board across all layers. The press plates, specifically designed, feature rapid moisture and steam discharge capabilities. The frame adopts a structural mechanism with an upper oil inlet cylinder, ensuring easy installation and adjustment while minimizing foundational investment. Saturated steam or heat transfer oil serves as the heating medium for the press plates, delivering high production efficiency and low energy consumption. The moisture discharge and leveling process follows a predetermined automated electrical control sequence, ensuring simple operation and straightforward procedures.
